2. Trimming In order to remove the excess glue edge extruded after pressure curing and improve the appearance quality. Do not peel off the adhesive layer when trimming.

3. Immediately after gluing treatment, pay attention to spread evenly. Common methods include hand coating, spray coating, roller coating, pressure injection, pressure dipping and vacuum dipping. Single-piece, small amount of glue is mostly applied manually, using various shapes of brushes, spatulas and rollers, and spray guns can be used for large-area coating, but the glue should be thin. The injection method can be used to repair the gap with high-cut glue. Pressure or vacuum dipping method is used for gluing of mass castings.
4. The purpose of chemical treatment is to remove the oxide film. After chemical treatment, the sealing surface will form a dense and uniform new oxide film, which is conducive to glue immersion. With the increase of surface polarity, the adhesion is significantly improved. After the sealing surface is chemically treated, it needs to be dried. The drying temperature and time should be strictly controlled. Do not leave it for a long time. Glue should be applied immediately after drying.
5. Glue adjustment should be carried out in accordance with the formula and operation sequence, and the adjustment should be even.
