3. Curing: after curing at room temperature for 24 hours, it can be put into the next process. When the temperature is low in winter, the glued plate can be placed at 50-60 degrees. After curing for 1.5-2 hours, it can enter the next process, which can improve the aging resistance and bonding strength of the adhesive and improve the brightness of the panel.

4. The color paste or pigment can also be added to the a glue according to the different color of the stone to make it the same as the color of the stone. The dosage of color paste is about 1-2% of glue.

Precautions for use of natural stone bonding products

1. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, and it can be heated appropriately in winter to improve the plate surface temperature.

2. When there are chemicals or oil stains on the stone surface, it shall be cleaned and kept dry.

3. Glue is prepared and used now, and the glue mixing amount should not be too much; If the temperature is low, the glue mixing amount is small, and the service time and curing time are long; On the contrary, the curing time is short.

4. Do not mix the glue taking tools. Do not put the remaining glue back into the original package. Do not move the plate when the glue is not fully cured.

5. In winter, if the viscosity of the glue is high, the glue (a) can also be heated in a 40-80 ℃ water bath to reduce the viscosity, but after heating, it must be cooled to below 40 ℃ before adding curing agent (b).

6. After coating the surface, extrude the excess glue, and continue to be used on other stones before curing.

7. Due to the different physical and chemical properties of stone, please try it in advance to avoid mistakes. Do not mix the covers, use the cover tightly, and do not enter!

8. The principle of mixing as much as you use is advocated. It is ready for use and must be used up within the available time. The more ingredients or the higher the construction temperature, the shorter the service time.
