2. Apply primer evenly

Pour it into a clean and dry construction container, and immediately cover the original primer container, and then use a cotton ball or cotton brush to evenly apply the primer clockwise to the bonding part of the cleaned glass or vehicle body paint at one time. The primer width is 1.5 ~ 2.0 times of the bonding width. Apply evenly and thinly (generally 8-20um thick, anti ultraviolet radiation glass glue) without exposing the white to the bottom, dry it naturally for about 3min, and then apply the glue. (Note: the primer shall not be sprayed, and all objects are strictly prohibited from contacting the surface of the substrate coated with primer).

3. Gluing

A. Tie open the mouth of the rubber cylinder with a screwdriver and other tools, cut the rubber nozzle into a triangle, tighten it at the mouth of the rubber cylinder, uncover the bottom of the rubber cylinder and install it into the glue gun; If the manipulator is used for sizing, adjust the trajectory of the manipulator;

B. Apply the glue to the window frame or glass coated with primer with glue gun or manipulator. The shape and section of the glue strip is triangular, the bottom edge is about 10mm wide and 12-14mm high;

C. The window glass shall be assembled immediately after gluing, the gap shall be adjusted, and the position shall not be moved in series as far as possible, and then the glass shall be fixed with pressure-sensitive tape or other fixtures.

1. The workplace is well ventilated and illuminated;
