Before using MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION, the annual full performance qualification report and glue re inspection report shall be checked. The re inspection contents include: hardness of MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION and tensile adhesion at 23 ℃.

1) Adhesion of various sealants to different substrates

① SILICONE STRUCTURAL SEALANT has good bonding effect with glass, aluminum and stone, and is suitable for glass and stone curtain walls.

② POLYURETHANE SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION has good bonding effect with cement mortar plates and stone materials, and is suitable for sealing the gaps between cement mortar plates and stone materials.

③ ACETIC SILICONE SEALANT has good bonding effect with glass and is suitable for secondary sealing of insulating glass.

④ The bonding degree between acrylic acid vinegar and cement mortar plate is better than that of other materials, and it is suitable for sealing between cement mortar plates.

2) MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION and stone sealant used in curtain wall works shall be the same as Ms sealant, and compatibility test shall be added.

3) From the perspective of detection, the pollution of various sealants. When MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION is used to seal between stone materials and cement mortar plates, there is a problem of substrate pollution. POLYURETHANE SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION and acrylic sealant have less pollution on the substrate, while MS sealant has more pollution. In the application of stone curtain wall, Ms sealant should be used for stone, instead of MS sealant. Although MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION can get no pollution results in the test, there are some problems in the test standard, so when MS SEALANT FOR CONSTRUCTION is used as the sealing material between stones in the actual project, the pollution phenomenon will still occur after a period of time.
